Online estimates
Prices shown by our online quote tool are estimates based on the information you provide, except where an item is explicitly marked as firm pricing. Estimates are not binding offers. Irrigation faults are frequently underground and cannot be fully assessed remotely — the final price is confirmed on site, before work begins, and you approve it before we proceed.
Firm-priced items — for example a controller replacement or a rain sensor installation — are honored at the stated price for work performed within 30 days of the quote, provided the information you gave us was accurate and no unforeseen condition is discovered.
Diagnostic visits and deposits
- A diagnostic visit is charged at a fixed fee, stated before you book. If you proceed with the recommended repair, that fee is credited in full against the repair total.
- If you decide not to proceed, the diagnostic fee is retained and you keep the written findings.
- Deposits on firm-priced work are applied to the final invoice.
- Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled window. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a technician arriving at a property where no one provides access, may forfeit the deposit.
Scheduling
Appointments are booked as arrival windows, not exact times. Weather, prior jobs running long, and emergencies can move a window. We will contact you if that happens.
SMS messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Expert Irrigation regarding your service appointments.

- Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo and Zelle. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Workmanship
We stand behind our work. Property access and conditions
You are responsible for providing access to the property, the controller, valve boxes and any pump. Broward properties frequently have shallow limestone caprock and lines buried at inconsistent depths by previous contractors; while we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that undocumented buried utilities, irrigation lines, or landscape lighting will be located before work begins.
You are responsible for compliance with your municipality's irrigation ordinances, including watering days and hours. We will advise you of the rules that apply to your address, but the account holder is responsible for compliance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including landscape or turf loss.
